     The University of New Orleans , through ITS Tours , has arranged group flights on Delta, Austrian Airlines and United Airlines. The flights will depart from Atlanta or New Orleans on June 30, 2008 and arrive in Munich , Germany on July 1, 2008, with a return date on August 09, 2008. Group seats are limited and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost for round-trip airfare from Atlanta or New Orleans on Delta Airlines to Munich is $1,597.00 if full payment is received before March 1, 2008. Cost for round-trip airfare from Atlanta or New Orleans on Delta Airlines to Munich is $1,697.00 if full payment is received between March 1, 2008 and March 31, 2008. UNO will provide round-trip coach transfer between Germany's Munich airport and the dormitory in Innsbruck , Austria on July 1, 2008, and on August 09, 2008 for all summer school students. Transfer information between Munich and Innsbruck will be provided at a later date.

     To reserve your flight and Eurailpass, please e-mail ITS Tours at their designated email address for the UNO group at UNO@SuddenLinkMail.com. In the e-mail please identify yourself as a student on THE INTERNATIONAL SUMMER SCHOOL, give your full name (as per passport), the dates of your proposed departure and return to the US , and your preferred US departure city.      A $200 deposit by check will be required at the time of booking space in the group air block, which is refundable up to February 29, 2008 with written notice from the participant. (Credit cards are not accepted for deposits)

     Final payment by check or credit card will be due no later than March 31, 2008. ITS Tours will also be able to make any other travel arrangements before and/or after the program. Different conditions may apply if you make alternate travel arrangements with ITS tours. These deviations will be handled separately by an international air expert from ITS Tours.

     ITS Tours MUST receive full payment by March 31, 2008
in order for participants to purchase a ticket at the group rate.

     However, please keep in mind that group space is limited and is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis and may not be available if participants wait until this date. Early purchase is strongly recommended. After March 31, 2008, tickets will be available at the prevailing rate on the date of purchase.

     ITS Tours accepts checks, money orders, VISA, Mastercard or American Express credit cards. Credit card payments must be accompanied by an authorization form completed by the actual cardholder. Please advise ITS Tours in your initial correspondence of your preferred method of payment. Once you have been accepted into THE INTERNATIONAL SUMMER SCHOOL, ITS Tours will mail you the details regarding the group flight and Eurailpasses.

     Students are urged to book and make their deposit early in order to ensure a reservation. Space can only be guaranteed once ITS Tours has received your payment information and signed authorization . Again, group space is limited and is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations for connecting domestic flights are made at the time of booking and deposit.

     Tickets will be electronic and will include a group flight passenger receipt, flight itineraries, and a round-trip coach transfer coupon. Specific seat assignments on the aircraft cannot be guaranteed. Group tickets are issued approximately 45 days before departure, and are non-transferable, non-changeable, and non-refundable once issued. Cancellation of a reservation will incur airline penalties; details will be
provided upon request.

THE INTERNATIONAL SUMMER SCHOOL, ITS Tours and all airlines involved strongly recommend each participant consider purchasing appropriate travel insurance for trip cancellation and baggage loss. Eurailpasses

     For your weekend travels through Europe, rail is the cheapest, most efficient mode of transportation and the one that most students use. Purchasing a Eurailpass best achieves inexpensive rail transport. Eurailpasses may only be purchased in the United States. We recommend that students purchase their Eurailpass from ITS Tours.
