University of New Orleans degree-seeking students: $5,495.00
Guest students: $5,995.00
The program cost includes: tuition, university fees, transcript fees, accommodations in a double room, full breakfast and luncheon buffets on all class days, opening and closing ceremonies, all class field trips, round-trip bus transportation between Innsbruck and the Munich airport, nursing services and comprehensive travel medical insurance, many extracurricular activities and some other social functions.
Not included in the program cost: transatlantic airfare, Eurailpass, passport fees, telephone calls, meals other than those specified, weekend travel, textbooks, laundry and any other items of a personal nature.
The University of New Orleans and THE INNSBRUCK INTERNATIONAL SUMMER SCHOOL believe strongly that the European
educational experience should be made available to as many qualified students as possible. To this end, a number of awards are available to UNO and UGA undergraduate
students who exhibit high academic achievement, can clearly demonstrate financial need, and whose academic plans will
benefit most from this experience. Recipients are designated as Ambassadors and are expected to assist during and after the program in Innsbruck.
In addition to the Ambassador Awards, other funding options are available to UNO degree-seeking students. Any student, though, may be eligible to use financial aid, grants, or other forms of financial assistance for the program. Non-UNO students must apply for Financial Aid at their home institutions.

Payment Terms & Schedule
||Please make all payments promptly. We cannot guarantee a place in the program unless all payments are made on schedule.
||A deposit of $300.00 is required with the application, $150.00 of which is non-refundable.
||Balance of program cost is due by March 1, 2018.
||Those applying after March 1, 2018 (provided that space is available) must remit the entire program cost with the application.
||Payments can be made securely by credit card online or by check.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
||All monies will be refunded in full to students who are not accepted into THE INTERNATIONAL SUMMER SCHOOL less the $150.00 non-refundable fee.
||$150.00 of the deposit is fully refundable if a student withdraws from the program voluntarily by March 1, 2018.
||A cancellation fee of $650.00 will be assessed for cancellations after March 1, 2018.
||A cancellation fee of $900.00 will be assessed for cancellations after May 1, 2018.
||For cancellations made after May 1, 2018 and until the date of departure, only those monies that can be recovered from vendors by the university will be refunded, less the $900.00 cancellation fee.
If a student withdraws within 10 days before the commencement of the program, or during the program, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE, even if withdrawal from the program is due to medical reasons.
||The effective date of cancellation shall be the date that such written notice is received by the Program Director of the International Summer School at the address above.
||Refund policies apply to all students regardless of date of application or circumstance.
|NOTE: The participant remains ultimately responsible for the payment of all program costs regardless of any circumstances such as but not limited to the deferment of payments against anticipated arrival of financial aid.
THE INTERNATIONAL SUMMER SCHOOL includes accommodation in a newly renovated dormitory in Innsbruck. Each room has a private bath, as well as a single bed, desk, closet and safe for each occupant. Most rooms are twins. Single rooms are available at an additional cost of $550.00 (subject to change). When all twins are full, students may have to be housed in a single room and will have to pay the single room supplement.
