PULV is a different kind of higher education institution. The university was created in 1995 on the initiative of the Conseil Général des Hauts-de-Seine (Hauts-de-Seine General Council), with a mission to blaze a new trail across the French higher education landscape.

The essential intention behind the creation of PULV was twofold – to ensure the open access and fair admission to education afforded by French state universities, while providing the professional support and career opportunities offered by the very best French higher education institutions – les Grandes Écoles.

Pôle Universitaire Léonard de Vinci consists predominantly of the three founding schools:

-Ecole de Management Léonard de Vinci (EMLV), which has over 1,500 students
-Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs Léonard de Vinci (ESILV), which has nearly 600 students
-Institut de l'Internet du Multimédia (IIM), which has nearly 600 students

PULV is open to students in their third year of study at UNO or greater. In some cases, students in their second year may also be considered.

Courses are taught in both English and French. Click here for information on available courses.

PULV students also enjoy close prroximity to the business world. Based in the heart of Europe's largest business district, the vocation of the three Léonard de Vinci Schools is above all professional. Our prime objective is to ensure that our students' introduction to the business world is successful.
