Program Cost:
$1,995.00

(Single occupancy add $700.00)

The cost includes: seminar fees, accommodations in double room in a central hotel in Montpellier, breakfast every day at the hotel, two group lunches during the stay, all seminar related field trips, a welcome party and farewell party, a week end excursions to the Riviera, (double occ.), airport transfers and an on site staff during the length of the program.

Not included in the cost are: airfare, passport fees, telephone calls, optional excursions, or any items of a personal nature.

Payment Schedule

•  A deposit of $300.00 is required with the application.
•  A second payment of $500.00 is due March 1.
•  Late applicants (after March 1) must remit a deposit of $800.00 with the application.
•  Payment in full is due April 15. Those applying after this date must remit the entire program cost with the application.
•  All payments can be done on line or by check made payable to UNO and mailed to Division of International Education, UNO Metro College , 2000 Lakeshore Dr. , New Orleans , LA 70148 .

Refunds

•  All monies will be refunded in full to students who are not accepted into the program.
•  All payments (except $150 cancellation fee) are fully refundable if a participant withdraws from the program voluntarily by March 1.
•  A cancellation fee of $300 will be assessed for any cancellation after March 1.
•  NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE for participants who cancel after June 15, nor for participants who withdraw from the program before its completion.
•  The effective date of a cancellation shall be the date that written notice is received by the Program Director at the University of New Orleans .
•  Refund policies apply to all participants regardless of date of application.
