3. Upload a scan of the title page of your passport (if you do not have a passport, apply for one now, and let us know)
4. Fill out and submit your Medical History Form
5. Download our Study Abroad Checklist for a reminder of what you'll need to remember (you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open this document)

Non UNO Students:

2. Apply for admission to UNO.
3. Complete steps 1-5 above.

6. Sign up for our Facebook Group: Prague Summer Seminars (UNO). This is only open to current, former, and future participants.

3. If you wish to make a payment using our credit card form, click here, print it out, and bring it in to the office. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to open the form.
4. If you are a UNO student you can apply for the Division of International Education Ambassador Award! It can be applied towards all summer programs and both undergraduate and graduate students are eligible to enter. Awards range in amount from $250 to 1,500. The deadline to apply for Ambassador Awards is February 15, 2016. Read more..
5. UNO students can also explore other awards and scholarships, like the Agnes Levine Memorial Award, SG International Study Abroad Award, the deadline for SG Awards is March 28, 2016. You can read more about other funding opportunities here.
